## Delivery Reports

Generate CSV delivery reports for a bulk message or session:

| Field | Type | Description |
|-------|------|-------------|
| `bulkId` | string | Bulk message external ID |
| `session` | string | Session label |

Provide either `bulkId` or `session` to scope the report.

**Response:** A report object with a download URL for the CSV file. The report generation may be asynchronous; poll the returned report ID if the URL is not immediately available.
