Delivery Reports

Generate CSV delivery reports for a bulk message or session:

Field	Type	Description
`bulkId`	string	Bulk message external ID
`session`	string	Session label

Provide either bulkId or session to scope the report.

Response: A report object with a download URL for the CSV file. The report generation may be asynchronous; poll the returned report ID if the URL is not immediately available.
