Prerequisites

Before creating user profiles:

1. The user must exist as a KalturaUser in your partner account (created via user.add in API v3). The service validates this by calling user.get internally.
2. The app must be registered and enabled in the App Registry — the appGuid must reference a valid registered app for your partner. Validation results are cached for up to 24 hours.
