Bulk Upload​

For ingesting many files at once, use CSV or XML bulk upload.

CSV format (one entry per line):

The *action column: 1=add, 2=update, 3=delete.

Business scenario -- content migration: A media company migrating 50,000 videos from another platform generates a CSV with URLs and metadata, then submits it via bulkUploadAdd. Kaltura processes imports in parallel, handling the queue automatically.

For bulk operations creating more than 5,000 entries, coordinate with your Kaltura representative.
